    Your luxurious tiled ensuite with underfloor heating has a 2-person spa bath, large alcove shower, toilet and bidet, pure cotton waffle robes and large fluffy towels warming on a heated towel rail.

    The west-facing private deck and leafy, shady pergola invite you to relax and enjoy your glass of local wine or favourite drink while watching the sun go down.

    • The Self-Contained Studio has its own laundry facilities. For those staying in the other guest rooms, the house laundry is available by arrangement.

  • Our Hosting Policies

    • Bookings may only be made if you are over 18 years.
    • Website bookings are made via the SMARTres system and requires 10% deposit.
    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date (2pm) will incur NO charge.
    • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, or failure to arrive, may incur an administration fee equivalent to 100% of the booked accommodation. This includes cancellation of nights after arrival.
    • Changes / extensions are subject to availability and early departure will incur the full tariff.
    • Check in is from 2pm and check out is 10am – these times may be negotiated if required.
    • Proof of Booking and/or ID will be required on arrival.
    • Rates are in NZ$ and include GST (NZ goods and services tax).
    • We thank you for not smoking anywhere on our property.

    You have exclusive use of your own private outdoor seating area and deck, and you are welcome to enjoy the garden.

    Sorry... we CANNOT accommodate any children under 12 years and absolutely NO pets are allowed.
